The perfect snack after a long day of deep cleaning!
Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough bread (or your favorite high-quality bread)
- 1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese (The full-fat variety is creamier and tastier here!)
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Optional Toppings: Thinly sliced radish, fresh chives, or a few flakes of red pepper for heat.
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Toast: Get your slice of bread into the toaster or a toaster oven until it's perfectly golden brown and crispy. The crunch is key!
Spread: While the toast is warm, spread the cottage cheese evenly over the surface. Don't be shy; a thick layer is best!
Season & Finish: Sprinkle the cottage cheese heavily with the Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Garnish (Optional but Recommended): Drizzle with the olive oil, and scatter any optional toppings (radishes, chives) over the top. Add a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
